Vendor Application

Booth rent starts at $125 for a 10×10, and vendors can rent up to a 10×20. The Decatur venue does have 8×10 booths for $75.

Please note:  You will be notified of jury decision within 5-7 days of your application submission. If accepted, your payment (minimum of 25%) must be received within 7 days of acceptance or your application will expire. If your app expires,  you are welcome to apply again.  Due to the number of applications we receive, we are not able to hold vendor spaces more than 7 days.

Vendor will pay, upon acceptance, the required deposit to reserve the booth space requested. Vendor also has the option to pay in full with application. Any balance owed will be invoiced to vendor and is due is full 14 days prior to event. Booth rents and deposits are non-refundable. Payment constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this contract. MERCHANDISE Vendor shall sell products as described in their application, and for which they were accepted. We do not permit direct sales or party-based merchandise at our events. No more than 20% of a vendor’s merchandise may be wholesale-to-retail. We do make an exception to this rule for a limited number of clothing vendors. SETUP No walls, tables, etc. are provided by Host or venue. Setup is the responsibility of vendor. Spaces are designated by Host, and may not be changed. Vendors may not use nails or screws, or in any manner deface any part of the facilities. Boxes and bins must be stowed, and folding tables covered to floor. Booth must be setup by 8:50 am the day of the Event, and remain up until 5:00 pm. Early tear down disqualifies future eligibility. No pets allowed during Event or setup. TAXES Vendors are responsible for collecting and submitting their own sales taxes. BNC Ventures, LLC dba A Touch of Rust assumes no tax liability for vendors. In Texas, vendors must hold their own sales tax ID. In Oklahoma, if vendors do not have a sales tax ID, their sales tax must be submitted to the show host at the end of the event. Vendors will not be permitted to set up until they have submitted either their Tax ID or the Vendor Use Tax From to Host. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the event to retain eligibility for future shows. Booth fees and deposits are non-refundable. No transfer of fees or booth space to another vendor without Host approval, no refunds due to inclement weather. LIABILITY In consideration of the right to participate in the event, vendors, by execution of this contract release, discharge, and hold harmless A Touch of Rust, the Venue, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, and anyone connected to the management or presentation of A Touch of Rust of and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant to their person or property. Vendors accept full responsibility for any damage they may cause to the venue.
